Meet Vera, a seasoned dental professional with a career spanning over 17 years, initially beginning as a dental nurse in Portugal. After a few years, she achieved formal qualifications, setting the stage for her unwavering dedication to dentistry.

In 2013, Vera made a significant move to London and promptly became registered with the General Dental Council (GDC). Her extensive experience covers a broad spectrum of dental specialties, including working alongside general dentists, Orthodontists specializing in both fixed braces and Invisalign, Periodontists, Implantologists, Endodontists, Prosthodontists, and Oral surgeons.

During her tenure in London, Vera has demonstrated her versatility by working in both private and NHS (National Health Service) settings. Her commitment to patient care shines through, particularly in challenging scenarios and with highly anxious patients. Navigating the intricacies of NHS operations, she has become adept at addressing difficult situations while ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements.

Over the last five years, Vera has expanded her role beyond nursing, acquiring valuable experience in dental practice management. This encompasses diary and staff management, meeting NHS and private targets, handling patient complaints, and overseeing the completion of audits.
